The Dunraven HOA is to be used by tenants and residents only.

You must be 16 or older to swim without adult supervision.

You can bring guests. However, if there are a lot of people using the pool, please limit to 2 guests.

All food must be eaten at a table. No snacks are to be eaten around the pool.

No glass containers in the pool area at any time.

Beverages are not allowed IN the pool.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING at any time in the pool area.

Children must be with an adult at all times if they are under 16. There is no running on the pool deck or diving. Please make sure your child is respectful of other residents using the pool. If you use any of the pool toys, please put them back when finished, or take them home with you.

Please make sure you put lounges, chairs and tables back where they belong if you move them.

ADULT ONLY SWIM TIME IS EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 4PM - 8PM. (No one under the age of 21 is allowed during this time.

Swimwear only. No workout or street clothes allowed in the pool.
